The "F" in FCMO also means fast

Listen to Jenica calmly approach the chaos that is FMCGs (click on the picture)

👉 The Scoop – Most Fractional CMOs love startups and B2Bs. They are more relaxed. FMCGs – Fast Moving Consumer Goods—are called fast for a reason. They move fast and they move every marketing element at once. That’s what Jenica is all about.

👉 Decisive Moment #1 – Jenica got fired for not having an MBA.

👉 Unexpected change or event – Needing an MBA to work in Marketing at the new Cadbury-Schweppes.

👉 What did she do? – Went back to school, got her MBA. She had kept in touch with her old boss and started working with FMCGs again.

👉 About older workers – My generating was built for this work from home thing. We were used to lack of supervision. We were used to coming into the office. If we said we were working, we were working. We knew what it took to get things done.
