Following her calling

She made an incredible pivot, going from advertising to coaching to becoming a world-famous coach. Today, Laura has eight awards, five magazine covers, two books and helps her clients improve and transform their lives. In short… from misleading people to helping them.
👉 Decisive Moment #1 – Laura had moved to Dublin, where she became a coach. At the same time, she was working with a few agencies on a free-lance basis. One day, after a contract ended, she realized that it was time. So she quit advertising, concentrated on coaching and her career took off.
👉 Unexpected change or event – AI. AI is everywhere, including the coaching industry.

👉 About older workers –
Older coaches have life experience and professional experience both. A 20 year old doesn't have that life and professional experience that somebody older has. And I think that I think that it's really important. for for people to value that in themselves, right.
