Three things you can do with AI today
Female and senior users are forecast to drive change through easier-to-use interfaces, and the integration of AI into familiar products including search engines, smartphones, workplace tools, and consumer applications has reduced barriers to adoption and prompted older generations and others with less technical knowledge to experiment or begin using the tools.
This trend will take AI beyond traditionally young, male base with AI use increasing from 49.4% of U.S. internet users in 2025 to 55.1% in 2026.
The estimates and forecasts are based on Emarketer's analysis and include quantitative and qualitative data curated from public companies, government agencies, research and media firms, and interviews with expert executives in relevant fields.
So... three things you can do right now to make your life happier:
1. Use ChatGPT to compare purchases. Just ask ChatGPT to create a comparison table among several products by writing down not only the features or services you consider important, but weighting them by their importance.
2. Create a bot using Claude to track articles in the news of things that interest you. Claude will automate the task and give you a daily summary with links.
3. Use Claude or ClickUp to create an automated "thinking about you" to maintain contact with your friends or family. Create a simple spreadsheet with the name of the person, email, category (e.g., brother, motorcycle enthusiast) and articles you'd send him to keep in touch (e.g., memorable bike rides through the Pacifica Highway) and the bot will search a pre-configured list of websites, create a G-Mail with a summary of the article, a short friendly note ready for you to send.
